Success & Failure

I finally beat Kingdom Hearts last night.  I decided not to try to get everything in the game accomplished, so I could get on to the sequel.  It turns out that finishing the game wasn’t all that hard, but one part did require a little frustrating trial-and-error.  The finale was pretty good, although it was blatantly open-ended.  It seemed to just barely stop short of showing “Coming soon… Kingdom Hearts II!”  Actually, it turns out that it ties very tightly in with the Game Boy Advance game, Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, which, in turn, leads directly into Kingdom Hearts II.  I’m tempted to get Chain of Memories to complete the narrative, but Kingdom Hearts II seems to be doing a fair job of filling me in.  Still, it would be fun to get the full experience first-hand.

Last week was a disaster for my diet.  I completely ignored it and I paid a terrible price – gaining over 5 pounds.  So, after three weeks, I’m right back where I started.  I’m taking it in stride, though.  Misty is helping out by cooking at home more, and I’m doing my best to stay conscious of what I eat again.

Current weight: 305.2

In the same boat since exercising went to hell in a handbasket and hasn't come back yet. Not gaining luckily, but I want to be losing. *pout*

So when are you going to look into an RSS feed?

Yeah, KH is one of those games that can go on for quite a while if you're trying to do EVERYTHING complete. Fortunately to get the extra trailer it doesn't require that much extra stuff to be done. It does feel like its 'thanks for playing the prologue, stay tuned for the game where we actually get somewhere with the plot!'
Aww, its a shame its so much easier to gain weight than lose it :P. Rooting for you guys!
