Switch
Why switch to Blogger? Well, it’s got the Atom feed, which I appreciate for several reasons. I can host my blog on my own site, which is pretty groovy, I think. It’s more interconnected, with the the sidebar and other features. So, here I am.
So, what do I blog about? Here’s a quick summary of current events.
In one week, Misty and I are going to Dragon Con for the second time. I’ve taken 7 days off of work around that trip, so it’ll be a nice vacation. After the convention, I’ve got dentist and doctor appoinments, though.
Tampa Bay Anime, the anime club I’m the president of, is doing well. I just introduced a new meeting format will be starting this weekend.
At work, we’ve moved into a new office building. I’m back in a cubicle after having three different offices in as many years. I don’t mind, though – it’s pretty comfortable, and I really never needed much space.
My sister, Heather, is getting married in March. I’m very happy for her and her precious little daughter, Hailey. I’m planning on flying up to Louisiana for the wedding.
Game-wise, I just finished Half-Life 2. It was a lot of fun, and ended pretty abruptly. I’m looking forward to the sequel coming out soon. In World of Warcraft, I’ve joined up with the Penny Arcade guild for player-versus-player fighting, which I’ve rarely ever done. I’m pretty pumped about that. I’m trying to get another friend to play City of Heroes, too.
That about sums it all up.
All things must change to something new, to something strange.
